Every match comes with a 30-day transition period. If the arrangement doesn't feel right — for any reason — either woman can reach out to her Lily coordinator and we'll start a new match immediately.
No penalties. No awkward confrontations. No dead ends.
Here's exactly what happens:
You contact Lily — not your housemate, not a hotline. Your named coordinator. One message is all it takes.
We handle the exit — Lily drafts a clean move-out plan within 72 hours, using the legal agreement both women signed before move-in.
You move to the top of the queue — a 30-day exit is treated as a priority rematch, not a restart.
The 30-day window begins on your move-in date. Financial obligations during the notice period are governed by your co-living agreement — Lily provides the template before you ever move in, so there are no surprises.
